This system uses a combination of custom built ‘apps’ which are templates within the Podio workspace to help you track the information that matters for your business.

Here is a quick breakdown of each app you will find in your system and it’s purpose.

In addition to these apps which are special created for you, you can add any additional apps that you want for FREE!

This is where you will find a record of all the leads and requests which have been sent to your Flight Leads CRM system. You can track the status, follow up with leads, and even set reminders for yourself within this app.

Once you close a deal, you can push it here to have a spot for organizing more details related to your day of flying, such as the equipment you’ll need to take, what the weather looks like, etc.

Then when you are done flying, you can even add links to all of the assets collected for your flight, helping you stay as organized as possible.

This is where you can keep a record of all your gear. Get organized and understand what you have and what your assets are worth.

You could even set this up to track depreciation…then your ‘tax guy’ will love you!

Record your service offerings here so that they can be referenced on lead files to create accurate bids

This is where ALL of your contact info is stored. Leads and clients, professional contacts, or even your kids’ soccer coach…this is where you put a contacts info if you want to use it in this system.

This is where you can track info about others you work with on the organizational level.

From this app you can compose and send out a mass text message to a filtered list of people in your contacts app.

(free up to a max of 200 messages per month)

From this app you can compose and send out mass EMAILS to a filtered list of people in your contacts app.

Great for event reminders, the occasional promotion, or even business newsletters.

(just remember that nobody likes being Spammed. If you send out too much, the computer servers might start blocking your messages, so be careful)

This app will only ever have one item. It allows you to set some universal rules that are applied on various actions throughout the system.

Come here to choose if you want new leads to get automated texts or emails and other cool

This app is for reports and a few other cool features (like tracking the # of touchpoints for each lead.)

You’ll likely come here to look up some #’s and reports, but won’t need to edit or add anything manually.

There are a few apps that the system needs to use for data validation. You don’t need to use these directly, but we want to explain them here so you aren’t confused when you see them in your system.

INPUT – Leads (collaborate)

This app is used for raw data entry. Don’t make edits here or you might break the automated workflows behind the scenes. You should rarely (if ever) need to access this app directly.

This is where the info first comes if you fill out your “Enter a New Lead” webform

INPUT – Contacts

Nobody likes duplicates. That’s what this app is here to help you avoid. Again, this app is used for raw data entry and you should rarely if ever need to come here directly.

Don’t mess around with settings unless you know what you are doing! Lots of automated workflows are dependent on the data housed in this app.
